5.08.190 Value of prizes.

The total value of prizes awarded during the conduct of any bingo games shall not exceed the amount authorized by California Penal Code Section 326.5(n), as that section may be amended from time to time. (Ord. 445 § 1, 2024; Ord. 304 § 7, 2010; Ord. 117 § 20, 1993)
