DEVELOPMENT CODE
5.08.070   License—Nontransferability.
   Each license issued hereunder shall be issued to a specific qualified organization and shall in no event be transferable from one organization to another. (Ord. 445 § 1, 2024; Ord. 117 § 7, 1993)
