DEVELOPMENT CODE
5.08.030   License—Fee.
   An annual license fee, set by resolution of the city council, and in accordance to Section 326.5 of the Penal Code as that section may be amended from time to time, shall be payable upon the filing of an application for license. If an application for a license is denied, one-half of the license fee shall be refunded to the applicant. (Ord. 445 § 1, 2024; Ord. 117 § 3, 1993)
