DEVELOPMENT CODE
5.04.300   Issuance—Proof of state license required for contractors.
No license shall be issued to do business as a contractor in a classification which requires licenses from the California Contractor’s State License Board until proof of a valid state contractor’s license is provided to the city license collector. (Ord. 101 § 28, 1992)
