Upon the payment of the prescribed license fee, the collector shall issue to the applicant a license which shall contain the following:
A. Type of business;
B. Location;
C. Business tax number;
D. Expiration date;
E. Amount paid;
F. Name of business;
G. Owner;
H. Such other information as deemed necessary by the collector. (Ord. 101 § 13B, 1992)
