DEVELOPMENT CODE
5.04.050   Fees and penalties constitute debt.
The amount of license fee and fee and penalty imposed by this chapter shall be deemed a debt to the city. An action may be commenced in the name of the city in any court of competent jurisdiction for the amount of any delinquent license fee and penalties. (Ord. 101 § 5, 1992)
