DEVELOPMENT CODE
1.13.070   Satisfaction of administrative citation.
Upon service of a citation, the cited party shall do the following:
A.   Pay the civil fine no later than twenty-one (21) days from the date of service of the citation. Payment of the civil fine shall not excuse or discharge the failure to correct the violation, nor shall it bar further enforcement action by the city.
B.   Comply with the compliance order to remedy the violation within the time specified on the citation. (Ord. 283 § 2, 2008)
