5.13.110   Appeal procedures.
   Any food truck operator applicant or permittee who is aggrieved by any decision of the city manager regarding the issuance, conditioning, denial, suspension or revocation of food truck operator permit may contest the decision in accordance with the procedures set forth in Chapter 1.13 of Title 1 of this code. (Ord. 444 § 2, 2024)
