DEVELOPMENT CODE
5.12.120   Appeal procedures.
   Any sidewalk vendor applicant or permittee who is aggrieved by any decision of the city manager regarding the issuance, conditioning, denial, suspension, or revocation of an itinerant vendor permit may contest the decision in accordance with the procedures set forth in Chapter 1.13 of Title 1 of this Code. (Ord. 444 § 1, 2024)
