DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.132.12   Consent of city to transfer shall not constitute waiver of city rights.
The consent or approval of the city to any assignment of a franchise or transfer of control of a franchise or of ownership shall not constitute a waiver or release of any of the rights of the city unless the city specifically releases or waives such rights in writing. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
