DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.129.6   Severability.
If any particular section, subsection or provision of the ordinance codified in this title or the particular application thereof, shall be held invalid, the remaining provisions and their application shall not be affected, thereby. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
