DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.129.4   Applicability to successors and assignees.
All provisions of the ordinance codified in this title shall apply to a franchisee, its successors, and assignees as may be approved by the city in accordance with the ordinance codified in this title. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
