DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.128.26   Advance notice to be given by franchisee prior to entering upon the curtilage of each household.
Advance notice (which may be oral or written as reasonably appropriate under the circumstances) shall be provided to each household with respect to repair, maintenance or reconstruction of the cable system located upon such curtilage of their household. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
