DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.123.6   If city acquires system, city may dispose of the system in any manner.
In the event of any such acquisition of a cable system by the city, and subject to the requirements of applicable law, the city may lease, sell, operate or otherwise dispose of all or any part of the system in any manner. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
