DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.122.20   Rock.
Rock, where encountered, shall be removed to a depth of not less than three inches below the cable depth and the space filled with sand or clean earth free from particles that would be retained on quarter inch sieve. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
