DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.122.18   Conduit.
Under paved areas and roadways, the cables shall be installed in adequately sized conduit not less than three inches in size. Conduit shall be extended not less than two feet beyond pavements and roadways, when such roadway is utilized for vehicular or pedestrian traffic. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
