4.20.122.17   Underground.
Cables shall be unreeled in place at the bottom of the trench. Cables normally shall not be unreeled and pulled into the trench from one end. Cables shall be in one piece without splices between connections except where the distance exceeds the length in which the cable is manufactured. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
