4.20.122.8   Best engineering effort.
The franchisee shall employ a best engineering effort in all phases of design and construction, limited only by restrictions imposed by the state of the art and zoning limitations to avoid or to minimize co-channel interference, electrical noise interference, multipath signal or excessive fading. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
