4.20.122.6   Electricity.
The franchisee shall meet all National Electrical Safety Code and the National Electric Code California Public Utilities Commission, General Orders 95 and 128 standards with regard to and in all facets of the cable system including, but not limited to, lightning, power surges and proper grounding. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
