4.20.122.1   Scope.
   4.20.122.1.1.   This section sets forth the minimum technical engineering and performance requirements which shall be met by a cable service provider in fulfilling its obligations under the ordinance codified in this title and the franchise agreement.
   4.20.122.1.2.   The franchisee may request a waiver of any requirement of this section where local conditions render a waiver essential. Such requests shall be directed to the cable administrator who shall determine whether such requests should be considered. Waivers shall be granted only where technically acceptable to and in the best interests of the city and cable subscribers. Any such waivers shall be signed by both parties and incorporated into the franchise agreement. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
