DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.117.8   Public reports.
A copy of each of franchisee’s annual and other periodic public reports and those of its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations or partnerships and other entities, shall automatica1ly be submitted to city within thirty (30) days of their issuance. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
