4.20.114.42   Line extension policy.
If the city increases the city service area by adding to or incorporating additional land areas, the franchisee will extend cable service to the new locations within one hundred eighty (180) days of a written request from the cable administrator or a subscriber in the added territories, at no cost to the city or the subscriber. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
