4.20.114.34   Franchisee shall temporarily move its wires to permit moving of buildings.
Franchisee shall, at the request of any person holding a moving permit issued by the city, temporarily raise or lower its wires to permit the moving of buildings. The expense of such temporary removal or raising or lowering of wires shall be paid by the person requesting the same, franchisee shall be paid by the person requesting the same, and franchisee shall have the authority to require such payment in advance. Franchisee shall be given not less than fourteen (14) days’ notice to arrange for such temporary wire changes. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
