DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.10.100.4   Scope.
The ordinance codified in this title shall apply within the geographical limits of the city, including any areas subsequently annexed by the city, unless state law prescribes otherwise, or in some fashion restricts or alters the effect of the ordinance codified in this title to a subsequently annexed area of the city. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
