4.20.102.47   Scheduled outages.
“Scheduled outages”, means any planned service interruption to one or more channels of any duration that has been requested in writing by the franchisee at least thirty (30) days in advance and has been approved in writing by the city. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
