DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.102.46   Property of franchisee.
“Property of franchisee” shall mean all the tangible or intangible property owned, installed, rented, leased or used by a franchisee in the conduct of cable system business in the city. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
