DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.102.41   Cable service provider oversight council.
“Cable Service provider oversight council” shall mean the city council of the city for the purpose of providing a forum for due process to franchisees subject to adverse actions by the cable administrator and reviewing franchisee appeals of cable administrator decisions. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
