DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.102.36   Local origination programming.
“Local origination programming” shall mean programming produced locally by a franchisee, or on behalf of a franchisee at the franchisee’s request, on subjects of local interest and concern. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
