4.20.102.23   FCC technical standards.
“FCC technical standards” shall mean the technical standards of the Federal Communications Commission as set forth in 47 C.F.R. Part 76, Subpart K [Technical Standards] of the FCC’s Rules, 76 C.F.R. Sections 76.601 et seq., as from time to time amended. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
