DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.102.12   City.
“City” shall mean the geographic areas within the boundaries of the city of Yucaipa, San Bernardino County, California.
“City” shall also mean that person or persons designated and authorized by the city council to act on behalf of the residents of the city of Yucaipa in connection with this ordinance and any franchise agreement. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
