(A) It is hereby required that a form be completed by the record subject and shall be maintained by the Police Department for a period of two years and shall be available to the record subject upon request.
(B) There is hereby established a $10 fee for criminal history background checks: the charge of $3 to defray the cost of processing a request for inspection and $7 to defray the cost of processing a request for release for this service performed by the Police Department.
(C) It is also determined that these funds will be deposited into the LECE Fund by the Clerk-Treasurer and paid out for continuing education of Yorktown police officers training and education related expenses.
