(A) The town is authorized to collect $0.10 per page for black and white copies standard 8.5" x 11". The actual cost to the town of the paper and the per-page cost for use of copying or facsimile equipment does not include labor costs or overhead costs.
(B) Monies received from the fees collected shall be receipted into the general fund of the town.
