§ 34.06 CREDIT CARD USE FOR PAYMENT OF UTILITY AND TOWN SERVICES.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer and the municipal utility clerks shall process and collect payments for services provided by the town as presented by customers.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer and utility clerks will require proof of identification upon presentation of a credit or debit card by the customer. There will be no "over-the-phone" payments allowed.
   (C)   The Clerk-Treasurer and utility clerks will be required to balance daily and record debit/credit transactions in the same manner as prescribed by the Indiana Code for all other types of revenue that the town receives.
