(A) The Town Court is authorized to collect a $5 fee for the use of credit cards for the payment of fines and fees totaling less than $200. Ten dollars for fines and fees $200 up to $375, and 3% of total fines and fees to be assessed as a service fee for monies owed over $375.
(B) Monies collected, minus the credit card processing fees, shall be receipted into the General Fund of the town.
