§ 32.071 COMPOSITION OF DEPARTMENT.
   The Park and Recreation Board shall be composed of:
   (A)   Four members appointed by the Town Council on the basis of their interest in and knowledge of parks and recreation. No more than two members shall be of the same political party. All members shall be residents of Mt. Pleasant Township.
   (B)   An additional ex officio member appointed by the School Board of Yorktown Community Schools. This member shall also be a resident of Mt. Pleasant Township.
