§ 32.051 QUALIFICATIONS OF MEMBERS.

All members of the Board of Zoning Appeals must be residents of the town, and two members must be members of the Town Plan Commission. No member may hold other elective or appointive office, except as permitted by this section, in municipal, county or state government.
