§ 32.039 FEES TO BE PAID BY APPLICANTS FOR USING COMMISSION.
   (A)   A fee of $100 per $100,000 of the total amount of the bond issue which is requested in the final financing documents is established.
   (B)   The minimum processing fee shall be $250 which is nonrefundable.
   (C)   The maximum fee for any project shall not exceed $5,000.
   (D)   Any and all fees collected by the Yorktown Economic Development Commission shall be deposited in the General Fund of the town.
