§ 32.036 MEMBERS OF COMMISSION.

The Economic Development Commission shall consist of three members appointed by the President of the Town Council. One of the members shall be selected by the President of the Town Council, one shall be nominated by the County Council of Delaware County and one shall be nominated by the Town Council.
