§ 32.023 VACANCIES.
   If any vacancy occurs among the citizen members of the Plan Commission, the President of the Town Council shall appoint a member for the unexpired term of the vacating member. The Town Council shall fill any vacancy occurring among government members of the Plan Commission by appointing another government member for the remainder of his or her elective term.
