Only operators holding a valid driver's license under Indiana law may operate a golf cart or recreational off-road vehicle in the Town of Yorktown. Violations of this section involving operators of minor age will be assessed against the owner of the vehicle. All operators shall have the vehicle's registration card with them at all times while the vehicle is in operation.
