§ 32.005 APPOINTMENT OF DEPARTMENT HEADS.
   The Town Council Executive shall appoint the head of each department established by § 32.001; provided, however, that the appointment is subject to any statutory board of commission established in the department as set out in I.C. 36-4-9-2.
