§ 35.50 LOCAL ROAD AND BRIDGE MATCHING GRANT FUND.

(A) There is hereby established a Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund for the purpose of accounting for state and local funds to be used for specific road projects in the Town of Yorktown.

(B) The Yorktown Town Council may authorize the expenditure of funds from the Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund by appropriations made in the same manner as other municipal funds.
