(A) Individual private wells shall be located at least 25 feet from property lines, 50 feet from all septic tanks, approximately 100 feet from all tile disposal fields and other sewage disposal facilities, ten feet from all cast iron sewer lines, 30 feet from any vitrified tile sewer lines and shall not be located within any floodplain.
(B) As a precaution against seepage, a watertight seal shall be provided around the pump mounting.
(C) All abandoned wells shall be sealed in a manner that will render them watertight.
