§ 152.071 PROTECTION OF RESIDENTIAL AREAS.
   Every effort shall be made to protect adjacent residential areas from potential nuisance from proposed nonresidential subdivisions, including the provision of extra depth in parcels and landscaped buffer strips where needed.
