§ 152.064 BLOCKS.
   (A)   Length. Block length shall not exceed 1,320 feet may be permitted where such length is unavoidable necessary in order to achieve conformity with existing streets. Usual blocks shall be from 560 feet to 800 feet in length.

   (B)   Width. Blocks shall be wide enough to allow two tiers of lots of at least minimum depth, except where lots front on major arterial streets or in the presence of adverse topographical conditions or lot size, in which cases the Plan Commission may approve a single tier of lots of at least minimum depth.
