§ 31.18 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is empowered to hire two employees who will serve as deputies and assist in the performance of his or her duties. The Clerk-Treasurer shall exercise the powers and duties enumerated in I.C. 36-5-6-6 and such other powers and duties as may from time to time be authorized.
