§ 152.004 SCOPE.

Where this chapter imposes a greater restriction or requirement than one imposed or required by other provisions of law, rules, regulations, covenants or agreements, the provisions of this chapter shall control, but nothing in this chapter shall interfere with, abrogate or annul easements, covenants, deed restrictions or agreements between parties which impose restrictions greater than those imposed by this chapter.
