§ 31.16 TERM OF OFFICE.
   (A)   During the elections of the Town Clerk-Treasurer to be held in November, 2015, the term of office for Clerk-Treasurer shall be three years beginning on January 1, 2016, and ending on December 31, 2018.
   (B)   Beginning with the November, 2018 election, the term of office for the Town Clerk-Treasurer shall be four years. The successors shall be elected every four years thereafter.
