ORDINANCE # 673

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE TOWN OF YORKTOWN

   WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Yorktown has authorized that a supplement to the Yorktown Code of Ordinances be assembled, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general and permanent nature enacted since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances for the town.

    WHEREAS, the Code of Ordinances has been created and will be stored and available for review at the Clerk-Treasurer’s office located at the Yorktown Town Hall.

   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YORKTOWN, INDIANA

PASSED and ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 2011.
