§ 31.01 COMPENSATION OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   Town Council. Each member of the Town Council of the town shall receive a salary as designated from time to time.
   (B)   Clerk-Treasurer. The Town Clerk-Treasurer shall receive a salary as designated from time to time.
   (C)   Marshal. The Town Marshal shall receive a salary as designated from time to time.
   (D)   Other officers and employees. The Town Council shall by ordinance provide reasonable compensation for other town officers and employees.
